What are the quality problems you have encountered for clean room sandwich panel ?

I believe some of you have the experience of buying clean room sandwich panel and faced the quality problems as the above pics. Except the wrong handling when you unload the panels, another main problem is the bad glue adhesiveness between core materials and the skin steel sheet.
