1. Quality problems
In terms of quality problems,

thickness of the standard is regulated. Many Enterprises The standard is not
understood, and the product specifications and models reported are quite
different from the actual production. For example, the standard width series is
1150 mm, 1200 mm, and the allowable deviation is (+2 mm), while some
manufacturers submit 1150 mm specifications to 1200 mm. In addition, some
manufacturers are prone to unqualified size deviation due to inadequate cutting
accuracy of equipment.

2. Construction
problems
Attention should be
paid to whether the connection between the steel framework and the EPS color
steel sandwich panel is firm enough, whether the connection is covered with
fire-proof paint or not. Attention should be paid to the steel structure,
whether the EPS color steel sandwich panel building is equipped with lightning
rods and whether there is a good grounding point.
3. Scope of
application
Because the
spontaneous combustion and ignition temperature of EPS are 495 C and 370 C

cannot be used in high-power lamps and lanterns, cannot be close to the place
where the power consumption is large and the frequency is high. EPS color steel
